This is a magical story about a toy elephant who is abandoned by her owner and sent to 'Toy Heaven' (called 'Upstairs' in this book). There she discovers that there is a place for her as a WishKeeper - someone who makes wishes come true. During her induction into the 'Upstairs' world, she meets the Easter Bunny, Santa and the Tooth Fairy - all masters in the art of granting children's wishes.
